Shipping & Pick Up
At this time, Salted Caramel ships merchandise to locations within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier
Normal Shipping: When ordering, please allow 2-3 business days for fulfillment of your order. If you need your order to arrive at a particular time (either expedited or held) we are happy to make this happen. When checking out, we have two options for you:
PRIORITY SHIPPING: US orders ship via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day with tracking).
CHICAGO PICK UP: If you would like to pick up during business hours at the Andersonville Galleria, select local pick up at checkout. Mention the Galleria in the comments section and we will let you know via email when your order is ready for pick up. We also offer pick up by appointment at our Jefferson Park kitchen.
